The property is located to the South-west of Sofia region, in the Vladaya village. The village of Vladaya is at the foot of the north-western slope of the Vitosha mountain and in direct adjacency to the Vitosha National Park (without this having any effect on construction parameters of the site). The village has a little over 3,000 inhabitants and is between Sofia and the industrial town Pernik.
