The building is situated in the very heart of the city of Sofia, on Ivan Vazov Street and meters away from the popular Shishman Street. The area is one of the most charming and prestigious neighborhoods and it is within walking distance to main commercial areas, legal institutions and cultural sites - 300 meters away form the Parliament and the national monument “Alexander Nevski Cathedral”, close to Radisson hotel and the National Theatre.

This project envisages reconstruction of an old architectural monument building with erection of additional stories and a new adjacent part. The rich ornamented façade of the old building will be preserved, rehabilitated and incorporated into the new construction, creating a unique and attractive look.

The building consists of six floors above ground level and two underground floors. Garages are envisioned at both underground levels and provide 42 parking spaces. The building is planned as class A open office space with maximum flexibility in floor layouts. The first floor is planned for a retail area. 

The project features a modern heating and air conditioning system, as well as fresh air installation spanning within the whole building including the underground levels. There will be a possibility for independent measurement of consumed heating and electric energy for each rented unit.
